Van Metre Woodland Park Apartments

Van Metre Woodland Park apartments, a community based housing complex located in Herndon, VA, is located off Centreville Road on Sunrise Valley.

The apartments are simple and seemingly decent looking. The office staff appears attentive and responsible at first. When you go to buy or rent a house the tour of the community is professionally done. They answer all your questions and everyone is very caring and nice. But the sweetness and nicety ends soon after you sign the lease and move in!

This has been our experience and that of a lot of other people who are either renting now or have rented here before. The apathy and mismangement of the staff and managers of Van Metre Woodland Park Apartments in dealing with their tenants has moved us to start this website. We have now formed a coalition of past and current Woodland Park tenants to highlight the problems we faced and continue to face after repeated calls or e-mails. We wish to share our plight directly with other Woodland Park tenants.

Please read this website before you make your decision to move in. I am also working on bringing to you alternative housing communities in the area with better management and facilities.
