The list is endless - I am presenting only few at random based on the following pain points:
NO PARKING
...When we first moved in we noticed a few things that needed to be repaired which have still not been taken care of. There is never any parking. I went through heart surgery and a pregnancy and couldn't find even ONE parking space. My husband parked in the handicap spot so he could help me into the apartment. Of course we got a ticket and after calling everyday for a week and getting no call back I had to walk into the office to have some talk to me. You pay for a gated community but the gates are never closed!...
NOISY - WAKE UP TO NEIGHBOR'S ALARM!!!
...I can here everything my upstairs neighbor does (even thier conversations). If you don't mind not being able to sleep at night then by all means move here. If you want a quiet apartment, then this is NOT the place for you!!!...
POOR MAINTENANCE and SERVICE
My husband and I lived here for a year, and it has been a terrible experience. Management blatantly lied to us on several occasions regarding our lease. When we moved in our air conditioner was broken, we didn't receive a legible manual to use the security system, the smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling-broken, our requested ceiling fans were not installed, our bathroom floors were covered in stains, our kitchen counters had burn stains all over them...
