-- Garbage disposal, took 2 weeks still not fixed
-- Oven knob,took 2 weeks still not fixed.
-- Carpet; refuse to change, yet not cleaned.
-- poor construction of the door frame, not well fixed
-- Blinds were fixed after 3 months of complaining
-- Internet is slow/ not working most of the time
-- Cable problems. Bad signal strength - who's MDU! - why not get Cox or Verizon?!
-- Gate pass strip not working, not replaced either as they do not have new ones
-- no expert problem solver. one incompetant person for all problems. He's a gardener, electrician, security expert, plumber, carpenter - the handy man!
-- No one knows what cable to use for wall spaekers
-- Kitchen strip pulled out within a week we moved
-- Kitchen faucet leaks
