Man with a history of bullying his tenants by use of fine prints.
Walter Sheehan, VP at Van Metre Companies, is one of the most unprofessional people on the managing board. Just ask the residents who have had to deal with him personally.
He is extremely rude and churlish when it comes to talking to the tenants about their troubles.
Insensitive and self righteous is how some of the tenants describe him. That is because he never seems to admit to his mistakes and always blames it on the tenants.
"He is so smug and intolerant that he wouldn't even listen to my problems when I called him and simply turned a deaf ear to all my problems" said an Indian resident who moved out late last year.
Another Indian resident remarked that "Walter Sheehan and Brad Gable are smuck and they ignore most issues related to car parking and poor construction. They will have your car towed and in some cases IMPOUNDED without any notice. The construction is pathetic and I have had 18 cases in one year for fixing my floor, windows, bathrooms, kitchen cabinets and appliances – almost everything!”
He is by all means a real browbeater. Such an intimidating attitude will and already has cost him good tenants and Van Metre a lot of business. Walter Sheehan has created a lot of negative publicity for Van Metre Woodland Park apartments. In fact my friend and I are moving out just because of him.
Is anybody in Van Metre companies listening to their tenants?
